Service Description

A wonderful mix of yoga, breathwork and meditation to set you up for the weekend. Join Katie for an accessible yoga class that will regulate your nervous system, strengthen and stretch your body and quiet your mind. You’ll move at a gentle pace and receive lots of instruction and correction where needed - you'll still get a great workout though! If you’re new to yoga, or you’re wanting to reset and return to the basics, this is a great class for you. Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
