Vinyasa yoga is one of the most popular styles of modern yoga - and for good reason! A vinyasa class flows steadily and fluidly through a sequence of postures, connecting movement and breath together to create a moving meditation. This class will set you up for your day - you'll feel energised, stretched and reset. Vinyasa classes are really creative, meaning you'll get something a little different each week - which helps you stay focused and present in the class, rather than dropping into autopilot. This class is suitable for confident beginners, you will need to be able to move up and down through different postures, so if mobility is an issue for you at the moment, perhaps try our Yoga and Meditation (Level 1) on Friday lunchtimes or our level 1 Pilates and Mobility class on a Thursday at 11am. Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
