Service Description
The perfect introduction to yoga for a beginner, or a great place to reconnect with the foundations of the yoga poses (asanas) and principles for a more practiced yogi. Over the four weeks, you’ll move thoughtfully through the fundamental postures of yoga, focusing on their alignment and how to make them work for your body. While there will be a focus on the physical postures and how to get in (and out!) of them, Alice will also be weaving elements of yoga philosophy and breathwork through each class, to give you a thorough grounding in the yoga tradition. You’ll leave each session feeling relaxed, stretched and strengthened, and having learned something new – the perfect first step on your own yoga journey.
