Service Description

Yoga is a lovely activity to share with your little ones. Come and wile away an Easter Holiday afternoon at the studio, with yoga poses, games, breathing, partner work and songs. No yoga experience is required and all family members are invited; this is an inclusive session (but please note there are 2 steps up to the studio if you require wheelchair access). Yoga means union, a coming together, so perfect to experience this as a family unit and create that bonding time together. This session is a great way to reconnect with each other and smile from the inside out. We recommend that this session is suitable for years 3+ to around 10 years old, but if you would like to enquire about bringing someone younger/older in your family then please get in touch so that we can let you know more about what is involved.
